AI demand-gen content agents

Last updated August 23, 2026
The take

A content factory for B2B demand gen that scales personalized campaigns across channels, worth it when you have clean CRM data and can stomach custom pricing.

Great for

Mid-market and enterprise demand-gen teams who need to multiply content output across landing pages, emails, and ads without adding headcount.

The catch

No closed-loop attribution. You can generate the content and launch the campaign, but you cannot tell who consumed it or tie it directly to pipeline revenue.

Bottom line

Reach for it when content production velocity is the bottleneck in your ABM program. If you need intent signals, deanonymization, or transparent pricing, look elsewhere.

What you're actually getting

Tofu runs three AI agents, Research, Create, and Launch, that turn a campaign brief into personalized content for every target account, then push it live through your existing tools.

The platform ingests your brand voice, ICP, personas, and messaging frameworks into a Playbook that constrains every generated asset, so output stays on-brand across hundreds of variations.

The Launch Agent closes the loop by sequencing emails, staging leads, and updating your CRM. The system lives inside your existing martech stack.

I like Tofu's personalization and dynamic content development in real time and at scale. The ability to plug directly into our tech stack on the marketing side is super important as it allows us to engage better at scale … The interface is still a little difficult to manage and navigate. Sometimes I find myself lost in the interface.

Where it earns its keep

The core win is ABM at scale. Teams running 100-500+ target accounts with multiple personas per account get personalized landing pages, emails, one-pagers, and ads grounded in CRM data and 75-plus intent sources, so each variation stays specific without a person writing every one.

It also earns its keep on content repurposing. Feed it a webinar, whitepaper, or case study and Tofu generates derivative assets across channels, social posts, blog excerpts, email sequences, ad copy, all constrained by the Playbook.

The customer list reads like a mid-market and enterprise shortlist: RingCentral, Perplexity, Cursor, Fastly, LaunchDarkly, and Check Point. Tofu's own enterprise analysis pegs what ABM teams spend on content production today, agency plus freelancers plus internal, at $50K-$300K a year, and prices itself as replacing a portion of that.

I use Tofu for GTM engineering and really appreciate how it helps me with creating campaigns and content at scale. I like the ease of use, which makes my tasks simpler. I also think it's really smart because it learns from what we approve and select. I genuinely feel it's a great tool!

Where it'll bite you

No closed-loop attribution. Tofu generates and launches content, but it cannot tell you which accounts consumed it or tie engagement to pipeline. You need separate tools for deanonymization and intent signals.

Security posture is opaque. No published SOC 2 or ISO certifications, no trust center, no public subprocessor list. AgenticIndex flagged this as the weakest security posture in their entire 2026 vendor regrade. Regulated industries should verify under NDA before buying.

Outputs drift toward templated without regular human review. For brand-critical assets, plan to keep an editorial QA step. CRM data quality is the other hidden dependency. Messy data produces nonsense personalization.

Tofu helped with the bulk of the draft generation, but we found we still needed to polish the output heavily to avoid “AI-tone” detection … Without fine-tuning templates and context, the output can slip into bland “insert account name here” territory. The human layer still matters a lot.

What it costs, really

Custom quote only, no public pricing tiers. Mid-market contracts typically land in the $30K-$50K annual range. Enterprise deals scale higher based on account count, content volume, integrations, and support level.

No free tier or self-serve trial. Access starts with a guided demo and paid proof-of-concept. The real cost driver is number of target accounts, so price your pilot on a specific campaign segment before signing an annual contract.

I like how easy it is to use Tofu to create social content for our corporate accounts but also creating unique content for our executives.

I love how Tofu allows me to set up a campaign just once and then deploy it to a large audience. This feature really makes personalization at scale a total game changer for us … Sometimes the review and spot-checking content is a little clunky. Once it's all set, it's great, but getting to that point can be a little clunky.
