AI content + AI SDR workspace for outbound

Last updated August 19, 2026
The take

A consolidated AI outbound workspace that finally has a self-serve price, worth it when someone owns the AI drafts and the data behind them.

Great for

Mid-market SDR teams running high-volume phone and email outbound who want sourcing, sequencing, and dialing in one platform instead of three subscriptions.

The catch

AI copy still reads robotic and needs editing before it sends, and contact data accuracy is the second recurring complaint.

Bottom line

Reach for it when you have 10+ reps and someone to QA the output. The new $49 Pro tier makes solo testing cheap; the enterprise tiers still start around $21,600 a year.

What you're actually getting

Regie.ai is an AI-native sales engagement platform that bundles three jobs SDR teams usually buy separately: list-building, personalized copy, and dialing. AI agents source contacts from a 220M+ database, enrich them, write sequences, and run a parallel dialer up to 9 lines.

In August 2026 the vendor relaunched the self-serve product as RegieGO, with a free tier and a $49/mo Pro plan. The older enterprise platform, RegieOne, still shows up on G2 and in third-party reviews at $180/user/mo (10-seat min) and $499/user/mo (5-seat min).

It sends from your own Gmail or Outlook, learns your voice from sent mail, and ships a built-in CRM so you can start without one. The pitch is consolidation: one tool that researches, drafts, dials, and follows up, instead of a stack you stitch together.

I clicked "generate" and was blown away to see a comprehensive 18-step sequence created almost instantly, with spot-on messaging for each touchpoint.

Where it earns its keep

It earns its place when one platform should own the whole outbound motion. Reps report cutting sequence creation from hours to minutes, and the parallel dialer is the feature SDRs single out for pushing daily call volume up sharply.

The consolidation math is the real draw for a lean team. Data, enrichment, sequencing, warmup, and dialing live in one bill instead of three or four.

G2 sits at 4.4 across roughly 337 reviews, and Regie held the #1 implementation spot for AI sales assistant (mid-market) for five straight quarters. The enthusiasm clusters around speed and the dialer.

Regie is easily the most intuitive tool in my daily sales stack. What I love most is that it works exactly where I work, so I don't have to constantly bounce between different browser tabs or platforms just to get things done.

Where it'll bite you

Robotic copy is the first trap. The most consistent complaint across G2, TrustRadius, and Reddit is that AI-generated content sounds generic, salesy, or "overly American," and needs manual editing before it is send-ready. Treat the output as a fast first draft that still needs a human pass.

Contact data accuracy is the second. Reviewers flag wrong phone numbers, stale job titles, and incorrect contact matching. When the AI personalizes off bad data, the output is embarrassingly wrong. Plan to verify 10 to 15 percent of enriched records.

HubSpot integration friction is the third. A documented Reddit rollout saw the HubSpot connection break mid-rollout, killing team adoption. If HubSpot is your CRM, test the integration hard during any trial before signing an annual contract.

Unfortunately, the quality isn't there for a professional environment. I found the persona to be very poor and highly inaccurate. The AI consistently failed to grasp the nuance of a specific target audience, leading to messaging that felt completely obvious. Further, the writing style was too salesy, like drafts produced by a generic hyperbolic style that modern consumers have learned to ignore.

What it costs, really

The official pricing page now shows self-serve RegieGO: Free with 250 one-time credits, and Pro at $49/mo (annual saves 17 percent) with 5,000 credits a month. Enterprise is a custom quote.

The enterprise RegieOne tiers still cited by G2 and recent third parties run $180/user/mo (AI SEP, 10-seat min, about $21,600/year) and $499/user/mo (Force Multiplier, 5-seat min), with a parallel dialer add-on at $1,800/user/year. G2 lists the enterprise floor at $35,000/year. Price your own pilot before trusting anyone's number, because credits, mailboxes, and dialer seats all drive the real bill.

The combination of auto pilot and co pilot has been phenomenal for our outbound strategy. Co pilot is incredibly at helping the team personalize messaging at a massive scale, which has directly boosted our open and reply rates.

The only real hurdle is that it takes a significant amount of time and effort to get the configuration working exactly right for your specific brand voice. It is not instant solution you have to stay committed during the calibration phase.
